The participation fee for all workshop meetings is 250 euros.

For PhD students, the fee is 150 euros.

The participation fee covers coffee breaks, lunches throughout the workshop, and one social dinner

The scientific committee will notify the final decision regarding submitted papers by the 30th April 2025.
